The villa sits in its own private garden surrounded by hedges offering a lovely private setting for the heated pool.
There is a private, gated driveway at the villa for the use of guests to park their hire car. Coming through the front door you enter into the open plan lounge/ dinner furnished with 2 seater and 3 seater sofas and antiques tables, there is internet WIFI and UKTV with most UK channels, including SKY Movies and Sports channels. The lounge/ dinning area has two french doors leading out onto the terrace overlooking the pool.
The kitchen has a large fridge freezer with ice maker, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle and all the cooking and dining cutlery and crockery you will need, including plastic cups for use in the pool area. The is a separate laundry room outside the back door.
Also on the ground floor is bedroom 3, it is furnished with a double bed, has built in wardrobes, an ensuite shower room and french doors leading out to the pool area and garden.
Moving upstairs the villa has a stunning master bedroom suite with 4 poster bed & luxurious en-suite bathroom, built in wardrobes, sea and mountain views from the window and access onto the large upstairs terrace. Bedroom 2 has an ensuite shower room, built in wardrobes and is furnished with flexible bedding that can be used as two single beds or can be joined to form a king sized double bed, it also has access to the upstairs terrace.
Outside the villa is the private garden and pool area, the pool is 8x4m with Roman steps at the shallow end for access, the shallow end is around 1M deep and the deep end around 2.5m deep. The pool has a solar cover to make the most of the suns heat in Spring and Autumn to heat the pool during the day. There is also an air source heating system to heat the pool in the cooler months; in November while most pools were too cold to swim in we were enjoying water temperatures of 32 degrees. |
