Description

A large 2 bedroom apartment located in Kato Paphos and only 5 minutes walk from all local amenities, pubs, restaurants and the beach. Sleeps 4. There is a large patio with sunloungers which overlooks the pool. The accommodation consists of large lounge/dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Air conditioning. The Lounge had a TV and Music system including CD Player. The Kitchen consists of Oven, Ceramic Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Iron and Ironing Board.
Policy
A 20% non-returnable deposit is required to secure a booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. A Security Deposit of 100 pounds will need to be paid with the balance which is refunded 7 days after departure on satisfactory inspection. Please leave the property as found. Excessive cleaning charges and damages may be deducted from your security deposit
