Policy
A 20% non-returnable deposit is required to secure a booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. A Security Deposit of 100 pounds will need to be paid with the balance which is refunded 7 days after departure on satisfactory inspection. Please leave the property as found. Excessive cleaning charges and damages may be deducted from your security deposit
