The Royal Seacrest resort was completed in 2009, and is situated approximately 17km from Paphos international airport. Our 2 bedroom apartment is located on the first floor affording beautiful sea views from the balcony and main bedroom. It is furnished throughout to a very high standard and comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. The main bedroom provides a King-size bed and en suite whilst the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a separate master bathroom. A spacious balcony is equipped with comfortable patio furniture.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned; bedrooms and living / dining areas also have ceiling fans. A TV, DVD-player, media-player, radio / ipod docking station and a selection of DVDs, music, books and games are provided for your entertainment.
Externally, the property provides a private covered car park space and a private roof garden affording great views of the Paphos coastline.
The complex itself is a gated community with 2 lagoon-style swimming pools, outdoor jacuzzis, landscaped communal areas, an indoor gym and a children’s pool and playground. Communal sunbeds and parasols are provided for use around the pool areas.
The nearest beach is the blue flag Faros beach which is a further 5 minute walk beyond the Tombs of the Kings Road. The energetic may wish to stroll along the coastal footpath which winds its way around to the harbour and main tourist area (20 minutes). Paphos town, itself is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. |
