Outdoor furniture includes table and 4 chairs for alfresco dining and 2 sun loungers provided for private sunbathing during the day.  
 
The apartment is set on the hillside with spectacular views of the sea, only 1km from the picturesque village of Peyia and just 5 minutes drive from Coral Bay resort with one of the best beaches in Cyprus offering a variety of beach activities and exciting nightlife, various bars and restaurants.
Policy
A 20% non-returnable deposit is required to secure a booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. A Security Deposit of 50 pounds will need to be paid with the balance which is refunded 7 days after departure on satisfactory inspection. Please leave the property as found. Excessive cleaning charges and damages may be deducted from your security deposit
